• Well-organized with proven time-management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work under time constraints in a collaborative team.

Responsabilités

• Educate customers and explain features and benefits of Consumer and Business Banking solutions; make recommendations based on identified needs.
• Engage customers to bank with us and promote digital capabilities in interactions.
• Explain high-level criteria used to decision loan applications.
• Handle servicing tasks for Consumer and Business Banking relationships and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Follow the bank's sales process and provide customer-focused guidance.
• Proactively reach out to customers to support retention and expansion of banking relationships.
• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver a differentiated experience.
• Assist lobby management, greet customers, and address banking needs promptly.
• Introduce appropriate banking partners when servicing needs present product opportunities.
• Ensure AML/BSA/KYC processes are followed and identify potential fraud.
• Resolve customer complaints and log interactions accurately in the system.
• Review and help resolve customer overdrafts and complete transactions.
