PNC in Franklin Lakes, NJ is seeking a Branch Banker to deliver proactive sales and exceptional customer service in a busy retail banking environment. You will build relationships, present PNC solutions, and support daily branch operations.

The role requires 3+ years of experience; no degree is required. Base salary ranges from $49,500 to $82,500 with incentive eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
• Roles at this level typically require an Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.
• Typically requires 3+ years experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities; manages the customer experience to improve financial wellbeing.
• Drives proactive sales conversations with a defined sales process including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions and lobby engagement.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows share of wallet by positioning PNC products to meet customer needs and educating on digital tools.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems to drive loyalty.
• Manages risk through adherence to policies and procedures and participates in branch daily operations.
