Job summary

PNC's Rockaway, NJ branch is seeking a full-time Branch Banker to deepen customer relationships, drive sales, and deliver a differentiated in-person experience. Based in the Northwest Region Retail Banking team, you will engage clients on-site and collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet.

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree and related experience to accomplish primary duties.
• Typically requires 3+ years experience in the role.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drives proactive sales conversations through a defined sales process including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions and appointment setting.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
• Educates customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources.
• Manages risk through adherence to policies and procedures and participates in branch daily operations.
