Qualifications

• 6 months cash handling and customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable, organized team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner
• Basic computer skills including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during all customer interactions
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, recognizing red flags regarding frauds and scams
• Assist customers with basic account maintenance and digital banking tools
• Perform teller functions including receiving checks and cash for deposit, verifying cash and endorsements, issuing receipts, cashier’s checks, cashing checks, and paying out funds
