Legacy Hospice, Inc. in Wichita, KS is seeking a Branch Administrator – Registered Nurse (Hospice) to oversee clinical and operational aspects of the branch. This leadership role focuses on compliance, quality of care, and performance across staff and processes.

The role requires an active RN license in Kansas, a relevant nursing degree, 3+ years hospice nursing, and at least 1 year in leadership. Pre-employment drug screening is required, with a drug-free workplace policy.

Formación

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or related field (preferred).
• Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of hospice nursing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Lead, supervise, and support clinical and administrative staff.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
• Oversee quality assurance, documentation, and regulatory readiness.
• Participate in budgeting and achieve key performance goals.
• Provide occasional RN Case Management support.
• Build relationships with community partners and referral sources.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Branch Administrator, leading a team of professionals who share a passion for delivering dignity and comfort to patients and families.

What You'll Do

As Branch Administrator, you will oversee all clinical and operational aspects of our hospice services, ensuring compliance, quality of care, and team performance. This leadership role involves:

• Managing day-to-day operations of the branch
• Leading, supervising, and supporting clinical and administrative staff
• Ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation standards
• Overseeing quality assurance, documentation, and regulatory readiness
• Participating in budgeting and achieving key performance goals
• Acting as a resource and occasional support for clinical care, including RN Case Management when needed
• Building strong relationships with community partners and referral sources

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or related field (preferred)
• Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of hospice nursing experience
