Qualifications

• 3–5 years of administrative or office management experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication, time management and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations, paperwork flow, and scheduling support.
• Handle branch-level billing, purchase orders, and vendor invoicing.
