Job summary

MAT Holdings, Inc. is seeking a dynamic trainer to educate automotive brake pad customers across the Gulf Coast region (AL, MS, LA, AR, TN). You will lead hands-on sessions, present technical material, and support customers at regional and national events.

The role requires up to 75% travel within the US, strong communication and classroom/onsite training skills, and a background in brake systems or automotive service. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of on-the-job experience in automotive service or related fields.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical training sessions at customer regional and national meetings and trade shows.
• Attend ride-alongs with customer sales managers to promote brake pads.
• Present technical information to varied audiences and answer questions on brake pads, friction material, and product lines.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and coordinate training schedules.
• Travel up to 75% to locations across the US to deliver training and support.
