Job summary

GRI Engineering and Development, LLC, a division of MAT Holdings, Inc. is seeking a high-energy trainer to educate automotive brake pad customers across the Gulf Coast region.

You will conduct technical training sessions at customer regional and national sales meetings and at trade-shows. Responsibilities include presenting technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, traveling up to 75% of the time, and building ongoing customer relationships while coordinating training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years on-the-job experience in service/dealerships or equivalent.
• Automotive brake systems/repair knowledge; ASE/Master a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical training sessions at regional and national meetings.
• Attend rides with sales managers to promote brake pads and educate customers.
• Present brake pad technical information to varied audiences (20–100 people).
• Travel extensively to customer sites and maintain weekly reports.
