Job summary

MAT Holdings, Inc. through its GRIE Engineering and Development division seeks a dynamic trainer to educate automotive brake pad customers across the Gulf Coast region (AL, MS, LA, AR, TN).

You will lead technical sessions, attend ride-alongs with sales teams, and present material to varied audiences while ensuring customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years in field training, automotive service, or related roles, with strong communication and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in technical training or customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical training sessions at customer meetings and trade shows.
• Attend ride-alongs with sales managers to educate customers on brake pads.
• Present technical information to diverse audiences and handle questions.
• Resolve customer issues related to brake pad fit or function.
• Travel up to 75% across the US and coordinate training schedules.
