You will read blueprints and GD&T, work from drawings, train newer employees, and support new product development while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• Good math, reading, writing skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Experienced with measurement tools: calipers, micrometers, height gauges, pin gauges, optical comparators.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, adjust, and operate brake press, punch press, hand benders, and roll forming to form and bend materials.
• Set-up dies, gauges, and tooling; verify form angles and dimensions to drawings.
• Read drawings and GD&T; train new and existing staff across levels.
• Support prototype and production parts with engineering and design teams.
• Maintain safety, quality, and adherence to company policies.
