Kapco Metal Stamping in Wisconsin is seeking a skilled production operator to safely set up and operate company production equipment, read blueprints, and follow the production schedule in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will participate in continuous improvement, document quality and labor reporting daily, and work with measuring tools to ensure precision parts while upholding Kapco’s safety standards and teamwork values.

Responsibilities

• Safely set-up and operate company production equipment
• Understand and use measuring and testing equipment
• Read and understand blueprints and other engineering specifications
• Perform housekeeping, organization, documentation for quality and system labor reporting daily
• Attend meetings and participates on continuous improvement projects
• Troubleshoot both equipment and jobs, if needed
• Follow the production schedule for the area and reports sub-standard rates
• Other duties as assigned
