This role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic math, ability to read prints, and experience with metrology tools like calipers and micrometers.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, specifications, and memos.
• Ability to interpret part prints and measure parts with calipers and micrometers.
• Experience with basic metrology equipment and ERP data entry.

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion safely and efficiently to meet standard rates.
• Perform coil changes and minor adjustments per work instructions.
• Record labor, inventory, and job data in ERP system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and assist with material handling.
