Job summary

Wisconsin Stamping & Manufacturing is seeking a Brake Press Setup / Operator for 1st shift in Germantown, WI. This full-time role starts at $26/hr and requires operating a brake press and related equipment, with a focus on quality and on-time delivery in a fast-paced metal manufacturing environment.

You will work Monday through Friday, 7am–3pm, and be part of a team that values safety, accuracy, and cross-training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Strong work ethic.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Team player with a positive, “can do” attitude.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to perform precise measurements using a tape measure.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The Brake Press Operator will perform activities related to manufacturing processes in order to ensure the company meets and exceeds quality standards and delivery dates.

1st Shift: Monday through Friday 7am-3pm

• Set up and operate press brake and related equipment
• Willingness to cross train and perform other job tasks when necessary
• Follow and maintain strict adherence to safety regulations/maintain safe work area
• Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures

The Following Experience Is a Plus But Not Required

This is a full time position in the competitive and challenging metal manufacturing field. The pay range/rate of pay for this position may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
