Doherty Staffing Solutions in Rogers, MN is seeking a Brake Press Operator to help produce high-quality metal parts for architectural and industrial markets. You will operate and set up press brake machines and read blueprints, working with a skilled team in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

This temp-to-hire role requires 1+ year press brake experience, blueprint reading, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of press brake experience required.
• Previous sheet metal industry experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately use calipers, squares, protractors, and other measuring tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must provide your own hand tools, including a protractor, square, dial caliper, tape measure, scribe, and dead blow hammer.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities
