Qualifications

Seeking an experienced Brake Press Operator for a direct hire opportunity in Hartland, WI. The ideal candidate will be skilled in reading blueprints, setting up and operating forming equipment, and verifying part accuracy using precision measuring tools. • Knowledge of European, Wila, and custom tooling preferred.
• Experience with Safan and Accurpress press brakes desired.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, routings, and specifications.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Regularly lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent use of hands and arms to handle materials and operate machinery.
• Visual ability to perform detailed, close-range inspection work.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced factory/manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and airborne particles.
• Occasional exposure to chemicals or humid conditions.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) provided and required.
