Job summary

Wisconsin Stamping & Manufacturing is seeking a Brake Press Set Up/Operator for the 1st shift. The role involves setting up and operating a brake press to meet quality and delivery standards. 1st shift runs Monday through Friday, 7am-3pm, with a starting pay of $26/hr.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, basic math and measurement skills, and a collaborative, can-do attitude. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, with a comprehensive benefits package and a sign-on bonus

We are a privately‑held independent metal fabrication company that produces components used in a wide range of industries. Our goal is to provide products and services that meet our customers' needs in a timely fashion with the highest level of quality and value.

Our capabilities are constantly expanding and currently include metal stamping, laser cutting, brake forming, tubular stamped components, CNC and Swiss machined parts, wire forms, thread rolling, weldments, and integrated assemblies. Our modern facility includes a complete in‑house tool and die department and fastener distributorship.

Job Description

The Brake Press Operator will perform activities related to manufacturing processes in order to ensure the company meets and exceeds quality standards and delivery dates.

1st Shift: Monday through Friday 7am-3pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake and related equipment
• Willingness to cross train and perform other job tasks when necessary

This is a full time position in the competitive and challenging metal manufacturing field. The pay range/rate of pay for this position may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
