Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of brake press operation experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to perform basic shop math and metric conversions.
  • Knowledge of European, Wila, and custom tooling preferred.
  • Experience with Safan and Accurpress press brakes desired.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, routings, and specifications.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to form production parts accurately.
  • Set up, program, and operate brake press forming equipment.
  • Position and align workpieces precisely in the machine.
  • Use precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area; follow housekeeping and safety standards.

Seeking an experienced Brake Press Operator for a direct hire opportunity in Hartland, WI. The ideal candidate will be skilled in reading blueprints, setting up and operating forming equipment, and verifying part accuracy using precision measuring tools. Work Environment
