Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of brake press operation experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform basic shop math and metric conversions.
• Knowledge of European, Wila, and custom tooling preferred.
• Experience with Safan and Accurpress press brakes desired.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, routings, and specifications.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.

Seeking an experienced Brake Press Operator for a direct hire opportunity in Hartland, WI. The ideal candidate will be skilled in reading blueprints, setting up and operating forming equipment, and verifying part accuracy using precision measuring tools.
