Job summary

Monroechamber in Racine, WI is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role offers 1st shift from 5:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Thursday, with a wage of $22.00-$29.00/hour.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake equipment.
• Produce complex fabricated metal parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Perform machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers.
• Select appropriate tooling and make necessary machine adjustments.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications.
• Use measuring equipment to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Troubleshoot setup and production issues.

Position Title: Press Brake Operator

Wage: $22.00-$29.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 5:00am-3:30pm Monday-Thursday

We are seeking Press Brake Operators to join a manufacturing team in Racine, WI.

We are open to both experienced Press Brake Operators who can independently set up and run complex parts, as well as mechanically inclined candidates with basic blueprint reading experience who are interested in being trained.

Press Brake Operator Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake equipment
• Produce complex fabricated metal parts according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
