Superior Skilled Trades seeks an experienced Brake Press Operator for a direct hire position in Hartland, WI. The ideal candidate will read blueprints, set up and operate brake press forming equipment, and verify part accuracy with precision measuring tools.

Shift options include 1st (6 am to 2 pm) and 2nd (2:30 pm to 11 pm). This role offers a stable manufacturing environment with long-term growth opportunity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years brake press operation in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform basic shop math and metric conversions.
• Knowledge of reading blueprints, routings, and specifications.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.

Responsabilités

• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to form production parts accurately.
• Set up, program, and operate brake press forming equipment.
• Position and align workpieces precisely in the machine.
• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; follow housekeeping and safety standards.
• Comply with all quality and safety regulations and production procedures.
