ManpowerGroup in Rochester, MN is hiring for a 2nd shift Brake Press Operator. You will operate Brake Press and other metalworking equipment, read blueprints, and inspect parts to ensure quality. The role supports welding, coating, and finishing tasks in a busy manufacturing facility.

Successful candidates will have Brake Press experience, the ability to read schematics, and an interest in developing technical skills in a full-time position with steady hours and a Friday pay schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have experience operating a Brake Press.
• Able to read blueprints/schematics and measure parts.
• Experience in machine operation or metal fabrication is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate various machines including Brake Press, Laser/CNC, Drill press and metal stamping.
• Perform welding tasks, including spot welding, as needed.
• Assist in powder coating and post-processing steps.
• Inspect finished parts and read blueprints for tolerances.

• Variety of Machine operation – Laser/CNC, Press Brake, Drill press and Metal stamping

What will make you successful?

• Required experience operating a Brake Press
• Be able to read blueprints/schematics, measuring parts
• Enjoy developing your technical skills
• Do you have machine operator/Metal Fabrication experience?

Pay and Timing

• Steady hours
• Full time hours- 1st or 2nd shift available
• Temporary to permanent opportunity
• Payrate- up to $23-$24/hour based on experience
