Job summary

Trillium Staffing is seeking CNC Brake Press Operators in Wisconsin to read blueprints and bend metal to exact specifications. The role requires ownership of work and a commitment to high quality, with at least one year of brake press experience and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

The 2nd shift runs Monday through Thursday, 2 pm to 12 am, with wages of $24–$28 per hour plus a $2 per hour shift premium. This contract-to-hire position offers long-term stability in a low-turnover shop.

Qualifications

• At least one year of brake press experience.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Must be able to work with little to no supervision.
• Previous experience in a custom job shop setting preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

Immediate 2nd shift Brake Press Operator roles!

Trillium Staffing is actively looking for CNC Brake Press Operators with strong blueprint reading skills. The Brake Press Operator will be bending metal to specifications from reading routine to complex blueprints and shop drawings. We are looking for someone who is going to take ownership of their work and perform to high quality standards.

The second shift runs Monday through Thursday, 2 pm - 12am. Wages are $24-$28/hr. plus a $2/hr. shift premium.

This is a contract to hire, permanent Brake Press role with a company with very little turnover, so if interested.
