Job summary

Pro Staffing Solutions is seeking skilled CNC Brake Press/Laser Operators for a full-time opening at a local Alabama facility focusing on metal fabrication. The job involves bending, forming, cutting, and shaping various metals with CNC machinery. Candidates must have 3+ years of proven experience.

Shift options: 1st and 2nd; pay is $25–$27 per hour based on experience. Weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and PTO within 30 days of employment are offered. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Set up and operate CNC and hydraulic press brake machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Calculate and adjust bend allowances, angles, and dimensions as needed.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, angle gauges, and other measuring equipment.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and hydraulic press brake machines to form metal parts.
• Read drawings and set up offsets to meet tolerances and quality requirements.
• Inspect finished parts and maintain part quality throughout production.

This job consists of bending, forming, cutting, and shaping various metals with CNC machinery. Candidates must have 3+ years of proven experience in this field.

• Shift: 1st and 2nd shift available
• Pay: $25 - $27 an hour based on previous experience

Requirements

• Make machine adjustments to maintain required tolerances and part quality

• Must be willing to work overtime if needed
