Ford Motor Company is seeking a Brake NVH Core Engineer to lead brake NVH methods, requirements, and validation across multiple test environments. You will act as the technical lead for CAE and coordinate with the broader team to drive vehicle performance and launch quality.

The role combines engineering leadership with hands‑on dyno testing oversight, budget accountability, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure timely program delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace, or a related engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in brake NVH, brake system engineering or brake dynamometer testing.
• Experience managing a laboratory or test facility including scheduling, calibration, uptime metrics, and vendor oversight.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Own brake NVH methods and author system and component requirements.
• Lead CAE work and the model‑to‑test correlation with the technical lead role.
• Oversee brake dyno testing across Ford dynos and external facilities with related budget management.
• Prioritize testing work to meet program timing, launch quality, and warranty goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, facilities, suppliers and management to align priorities.
