Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service brake, alignment and suspension components in a fast-paced shop. You will dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels and recalibrate TPMS, while driving customer-focused service and safety standards.

Offsite road service, battery testing, and driveline work may be required. The role emphasizes strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent heavy lifting up to 35 lb and occasional up to 75 lb.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, alignment, suspension and power steering components.
• Test drive vehicles and perform offsite/road services as needed.
• Disassemble/mount tires, rebalance wheels and work with TPMS components.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment; assist other team members as required.
