Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician in Kalispell, MT. You will install and service brake systems, suspension, alignment, and related components, ensuring safety and performance.

The role includes testing batteries, mounting/dismounting tires, rebalancing wheels, and recalibrating TPMS, with a focus on precise workmanship. This position emphasizes strong customer service, operating service equipment, and occasionally providing offsite or emergency road service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting and physical tasks.

Responsibilities

Job Description:Brake & Alignment TechnicianBrake & Alignment Technicians are responsible for the service and installation of brake, alignment, and suspension system parts and components, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components; testing and installing batteries; dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and replacing, rebuilding and/or recalibrating TPMS components; using equipment and miscellaneous hand tools; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
