Les Schwab is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components, delivering top-notch customer service and following company policies.

Responsibilities include installing brake systems, performing tests, test driving vehicles, and supporting team members. Valid license and physical stamina required; on-call and offsite service may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and safety awareness.
• Physical ability to frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, suspension, alignment, and related components.
• Recharge and test batteries, install TPMS, balance wheels, and adjust systems.
• Assist other technicians and drive service vehicles for offsite or emergency road calls.
