Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to install and service brake, suspension, and alignment components while delivering excellent customer service. The role involves equipment operation, offsite road service, and collaboration with teammates.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, suspension, alignment, drive train, and steering parts.
• Test and install batteries.
• Dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels, and recalibrate TPMS.
• Use equipment and assorted hand tools.
• Assist other employees.
• Test drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Refer customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
