Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components. You will assist with tire mounting, wheel balancing, and TPMS calibration while delivering strong customer service.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and adherence to company policies. On-the-job training is provided, with opportunities in a busy western-state network.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering components.
• Test and install batteries; dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies; rebalance wheels; replace or recalibrate TPMS components.
• Use equipment and hand tools; assist other employees; test drive vehicles; operate service vehicles for offsite or emergency road service.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to other qualified employees as needed.
