Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components. You will also assist with TPMS calibration, wheel assemblies, and on-site and off-site service calls, delivering friendly, reliable automotive care.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and adherence to company policies and the Code of Conduct. Valid driver’s license is required and on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds; occasional up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train and power steering components.
• Test and install batteries; dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies; rebalance wheels.
• Replace, rebuild and recalibrate TPMS components; use hand tools and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to qualified colleagues as needed.
