Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include testing and installing systems, tire work, and offsite road service; strong safety and teamwork are required. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, tuition assistance, and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and recalibrating TPMS components.
• Using equipment and miscellaneous hand tools.
• Assisting other employees.
• Test driving vehicles.
• Operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Provides excellent customer service.
• Refer customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
