Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components while delivering outstanding customer help and adhering to company policies and the Code of Conduct. The role involves testing, battery work, tire mounting, TPMS calibration, and using shop tools with teamwork across the location.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, occasional up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components; testing and installing batteries; dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and replacing, rebuilding and/or recalibrating TPMS components; using equipment and miscellaneous hand tools; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
