Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Minnesota is seeking Brake & Alignment Technicians to service brakes, alignments, suspensions, and related systems while delivering friendly, trustworthy customer service. You will work with tires, TPMS, and components, ensuring quality installations and safe operation.

You will install, test, and calibrate components, drive safety and efficiency, work with tires and TPMS, and support the shop team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drivetrain and power steering parts.
• Test batteries, mount/dismount tire and wheel assemblies, rebalance wheels, and calibrate TPMS.
• Use equipment and hand tools; assist other employees; test drive vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to other qualified employees as needed.
