Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brakes, alignments, and suspension components, delivering top customer care according to our policies and Code of Conduct.

You will work with brake systems, alignment setups, and TPMS calibration, using specialized tools and test drives to ensure vehicle safety and performance. Competitive wages and inclusive benefits accompany full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts.
• Test batteries, dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels, and recalibrate TPMS components.
• Use equipment and hand tools; assist others; test drive vehicles; operate service vehicles for offsite/road service.
