Job summary

Les Schwab Brake & Alignment Technician position focuses on servicing and installing brake, alignment, and suspension components with an emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with customers and teammates to diagnose issues and perform repairs to required standards.

The role includes hands-on training, handling multiple vehicle systems, and providing quality service in a high-paced environment. A valid driver's license is required to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds with occasional up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installing or servicing brake, suspension, alignment, drive train and power steering parts.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and TPMS work.
• Using equipment and various hand tools.
• Assisting other employees and test driving vehicles.
• Operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Providing excellent customer service and referring customers as needed.
