Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking Brake & Alignment Technicians to service and install brake, suspension, and alignment components with a strong focus on customer service. Responsibilities include testing systems, rotating tires, and assisting teammates in a fast-paced shop.

Applicants should have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift substantial weights, with on-the-job training provided. Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train and steering components.
• Test and install batteries; remount tires and wheels; rebalance wheels; calibrate TPMS components.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services; assist other technicians.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to other qualified employees when needed.
