Job summary

Les Schwab is hiring a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components with a strong emphasis on customer service. The role involves testing systems, replacing TPMS parts, tire/wheel work, and occasional offsite service.

Qualified candidates will have a valid driver's license and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; lifting requirements up to 75 pounds are noted. Training is provided on the job.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 75 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds; bending, twisting, kneeling and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, and steering components.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite/ emergency road services.
• Dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels, and work with TPMS components.
