Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician in Washington state to service brakes, alignments, and suspension systems. You will install, test, and calibrate TPMS, dismount and remount tires, and operate service vehicles for offsite calls.

Customer service and safe lifting are essential as you help drive readiness across a busy shop. The role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to work at a rapid pace while maintaining high workmanship.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts.
• Testing and installing batteries; dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and replacing/calibrating TPMS components.
• Using equipment and miscellaneous hand tools; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles.
