Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers seeks a Brake & Alignment Technician to install and service brake systems, alignments, and suspension components. You will also rebalance wheels, calibrate TPMS, and drive vehicles for tests and offsite services. A valid driver’s license and strong customer service are required to thrive in a fast-paced shop.

Expect on-the-job training and a range of benefits. This role is based in Yakima, WA, with a wage range shown and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, occasional up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, alignment, suspension, drivetrain, and steering components and test drive vehicles.
• Dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels, calibrate TPMS, and assist with offsite/emergency road service.
