Job summary

Les Schwab in Colorado is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components while delivering strong customer service.

You will work with brake systems, batteries, tires, and TPMS, using shop tools and driving to offsite emergency calls; on-the-job training provided. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds; bending, twisting, kneeling and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts.
• Test and install batteries; dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies; rebalance wheels; recalibrate TPMS components.
• Use equipment and hand tools; assist other employees; test drive vehicles; operate service vehicles for offsite/emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
