Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service brakes, alignments, suspension, and related systems. The role includes tire mounting, TPMS work, battery testing, and road service as needed, with emphasis on customer satisfaction and safety.

Applicants should have a valid driver's license and be capable of lifting up to 75 pounds and performing frequent physical tasks in a fast-paced shop environment. Training is provided on the job.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license.
Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 75 pounds.
Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment and power steering parts.
Test and install batteries and service TPMS components.
Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies, rebalance wheels, and recalibrate TPMS.
Use equipment and hand tools; assist other employees; test drive vehicles.
Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services; provide excellent customer service.
