Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring Brake & Alignment Technicians to service brake systems, suspension, and alignments while providing top-notch customer support. You will handle tire mounting, wheel balancing, TPMS work, and occasional on-road service, working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.

• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment and drivetrain components.
• Test drive vehicles and perform offsite/emergency road services.
• Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies, rebalance wheels, and service TPMS.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to qualified staff when needed.

Job Description:Brake & Alignment TechnicianBrake & Alignment Technicians are responsible for the service and installation of brake, alignment, and suspension system parts and components, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components; testing and installing batteries; dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and replacing, rebuilding and/or recalibrating TPMS components; using equipment and miscellaneous hand tools; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
