Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to install and service brake, alignment, and suspension components. You will test batteries, handle TPMS work, rebalance wheels, and perform offsite service as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 75 pounds; occasional lifting up to 75 pounds; bending and squatting may be required.

Responsibilities

• Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components.
• Testing and installing batteries; dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies; rebalancing wheels; replacing/rebuilding/calibrating TPMS components.
• Using equipment and hand tools; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road service.
• Providing excellent customer service and referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
