Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking Brake & Alignment Technicians to install and service brake, alignment, and suspension systems, while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include testing, road services, tire mounting, rebalance, and TPMS calibration in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, strong customer service skills, and physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally. On-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, occasional lifting up to 75 pounds; bending, twisting, kneeling and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, alignment, suspension, drive train, and power steering parts.
• Test drive vehicles and perform offsite/emergency road services.
• Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies, rebalance wheels, and handle TPMS components.
