Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers seeks a Brake & Alignment Technician to service brake, alignment, and suspension parts and to provide excellent customer service. The role includes testing batteries and TPMS, mounting tires, rebalance, and offsite service as needed.

Qualifications include a valid driver’s license and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment, with lifting and physical requirements noted. Les Schwab offers a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds; occasional up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment and drive train components.
• Test and install batteries and TPMS components.
• Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies, rebalance wheels.
• Use equipment and hand tools to complete service work.
• Assist other employees and test drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers as needed.
