Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components while delivering exceptional customer care. Responsibilities include tire work, battery testing, and offsite road-call support.

Qualified candidates will have a valid driver's license, ability to lift heavy loads, and proficiency with tools. On-site employment with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs, occasional up to 75 lbs.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, suspension, alignment, drivetrain, and power steering parts.
• Test and install batteries.
• Dismount/mount tires and wheels; rebalance and TPMS recalibration.
• Use hand tools and equipment to perform tasks.
• Assist other employees and test drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road calls.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer to others as needed.
