Les Schwab Tire Centers in Selma, CA is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service brake, alignment, and suspension systems, install TPMS components, and perform offsite road service where needed.

You will deliver excellent customer service, work with a range of tools, and test drive vehicles while adhering to company policies and safety standards. Training provided on the job; benefits, retirement plan, and profit-sharing are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs, occasional up to 75 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drivetrain, and power steering parts.
• Test and install batteries.
• Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies, rebalance wheels, and calibrate TPMS components.
• Use equipment and hand tools to complete tasks.
• Assist other employees and test drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to qualified staff as needed.
