Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in California is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components. You will test batteries, dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels and recalibrate TPMS as needed, using standard tools and equipment.

Valid driver's license is required.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.

Responsibilities

Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components.
Testing and installing batteries.
Dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and replacing, rebuilding and/or recalibrating TPMS components.
Using equipment and miscellaneous hand tools
Assisting other employees
Test driving vehicles
Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
Provides excellent customer service
Refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary
