Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components. You will test drive vehicles, balance wheels, calibrate TPMS, and assist with offsite/equipment services, all while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, with frequent bending and standing. Training is provided on the job, and the position is full-time.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, alignment, suspension and related components.
• Disassemble/mount tires and wheels; rebalance wheels; calibrate TPMS components.
• Test drive vehicles and assist with offsite and emergency road services.
