Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician in Tigard, OR to install and service brake, alignment, suspension, and drivetrain components. Responsibilities include testing, battery service, tire dismount/mount, TPMS work, and offsite road service, with strong focus on customer care.

The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally, and comfort with a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, occasional up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, alignment, suspension, and related components per procedures.
• Test drive vehicles and perform offsite road services as needed.
• Disassemble/mount tires, rebalance wheels, and service TPMS components.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer to qualified staff as needed.
