Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Oregon is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components, delivering top customer service in line with company policies.

You will install and test brake systems, batteries, tires, TPMS, and drive-train parts; perform offsite road service and support teammates. On-the-job training is provided to develop your skills and career with Les Schwab.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license required.
Excellent customer service and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train and power steering components.
Test and install batteries.
Dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels and service TPMS components.
Use equipment and hand tools to complete repairs.
Assist other employees and test drive vehicles.
Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road service.
Provide excellent customer service and refer customers as needed.
